A professional relationship begins only when you have met with a clinician, completed the required consent and intake process, and agreed to proceed.

You should not use anything on this site to diagnose yourself or anyone else or to decide whether to start, stop, or change any treatment. If you have questions about your health, speak to a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Contacting Us Through This Website

Messages sent through a website form or by ordinary email are not a secure method of communication and may be intercepted or misdirected.

Please do not include detailed personal, health, or sensitive information when you first contact us. Tell us you would like to arrange a consultation, and we will arrange a private conversation.

Sending us a message does not create a therapist and client relationship and does not guarantee an appointment. We aim to respond during office hours.

Appointments and Fees

Booking, fees, payment, and cancellation arrangements are governed by the agreements you enter into with us directly when you become a client, not by this website.

Any fee or scheduling information shown on this site is for general guidance only and may change.

Professional Information

We aim to describe our clinicians' qualifications, registrations, and areas of practice accurately and to keep that information current.

Registration can be independently verified through the relevant body: the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, or the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

Only clinicians with the relevant training, competence, and professional scope provide the services and therapeutic approaches described on this site. Not every clinician provides every service or approach.

Accuracy of Information

We take reasonable care to ensure the information on this site is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current, or free from error.

Content may be updated or removed at any time without notice.
