Struggling to fit in at school, work, or in your new community?
You’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
Our team offers acculturation counselling for newcomers, refugees, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation youth and adults across Ontario. We provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy designed specifically for the immigrant experience.
Depression Counselling for Immigrants & Newcomers
Immigrating and adjusting to a new culture can bring homesickness, disrupted routines, and even physical health changes.
You don’t need to push through it alone.
Our psychotherapists specialize in immigration-related depression and understand the emotional weight of starting over in a new country. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and deep knowledge of the biological, psychological, and social effects of acculturation, we’re here to support your unique journey.
Sessions are available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Urdu, and Punjabi. Virtual sessions and in-person options are coming soon in the East GTA.
