Look no further ladies and gentlemen, I will start by saying Coslyn is extremely professional and passionate about her career in psychotherapy. Her expertise is unique in a way that can heal many people and/or couples from diverse backgrounds. My partner and I have been clients of Coslyn for several years and we feel challenged and motivated to always do better after every session! I’m not sure why some assume therapist’s role is to hold-hands and agree with everything to make us client’s “feel” better. Therapy is a marathon, not a race and sometimes we require a dose of reality to peal off layers of hurt, trauma and pain to heal. Some of us don’t want to hear the truth, or we simply refuse to acknowledge that we have done wrong. With that said, Coslyn’s direct approach mixed with care and compassion has served us well. If you need an honest and compassionate therapist, Coslyn is who to call. A family member of mine who used her services recommended her, and I have now been referring other family members and friends. Coslyn dives deep into the root problem. Is it uncomfortable? Yes. But therapy is about addressing what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Since my sessions first started with Coslyn 2 years ago, I find that I am taking a step back and assessing before I react. I have been reflecting on me as an individual, in order to navigate how I deal with my relationships, whether it be my partner, children, parents or colleagues.
