Her performance. empathy and listening to my issues. concerns and emotions made me feel free to open up to her.
More important she was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable .
She made me see what my life was worth and steered me in the right path and I appreciated that.

   My involvement with C.S. Counselling and the team (Coslyn, Sabrina and Diandra) has proven to be very essential for my family and I.  We have experienced significant changes and accomplished major milestones in rebuilding relationships throughout this journey.  Counselling can be a scary process, but working with Coslyn and her  team from the very first interaction truly makes you feel like you are family.

I want to acknowledge Sabrina and her tremendous work, and the major accomplishments achieved working with youth.  Prior to working with Sabrina, I thought my relationship was beyond repair.  Sabrina not only strengthened our bond, but most importantly worked with her on self-confidence, self-esteem and feeling empowered.  Sabrina’s  passion throughout her work, helped our youth daughter learn and develop life skills necessary for now and in the future.

   Admittedly, I had low expectations and guarded skepticism about the whole counselling and therapy process.

Coslyn and her team proved me wrong!

With flexible scheduling and professionalism, Coslyn's team member (Diandra) changed my view about counselling even before my initial session with Coslyn herself.  Coslyn was empathetic, actively listened to my concerns, validated my emotions and feelings, but more importantly, held me accountable.  She was direct, honest and engaging with clear goals and objectives, which by the second session, I was already trusting the process.

That's really all she asked of you - be HONEST and TRUST the process!

My counselling journey with Coslyn covered grief, relationship and family challenges.  She helped me recognize emotional blocks and made me comfortable being uncomfortable.   Thanks to Coslyn,  I now have more clarity and appreciation about my life, which has put me on a path to becoming the best version of myself.  She is truly an emotion life saver.

   Amazing location! Great service. Sabrina is insightful and very good at her job. She does one on one sessions along with couples sessions and family sessions! I feel a little more healed after everytime. They also allow for virtual sessions

   Such a humiliating and insulting day reflected from you, this doesn't fits a social worker to behave. I'm a professional psychologist from backhome and can take action for your inappropriate behaviour but that doesn't allows me to do because im a well- mannered and ethical human being. I came to work with u as a
volunteer and worked too sincerely and being a new immigrant i expected a calm and behaved attitude from your side, but u threatened me today, may karma and god teach you for your doings.There's a need and starting for everyone, and ending my volunteering with you by ur rude behaviour will bring something better .

   Amazing councellor. I found her to have a good knowlegde of my culture and keep a very systematic approach to the genders involved by being neutral and not judgemental. She approached the issue through her experience with each person. She is does not allow matters to sway off course. I loved the way she conducted herself and would recommend her to anyone who wants an systematic approach.
