My involvement with C.S. Counselling and the team (Coslyn, Sabrina and Diandra) has proven to be very essential for my family and I. Admittedly, I had low expectations and guarded skepticism about the whole counselling and therapy process.Coslyn and her team proved me wrong!With flexible scheduling and professionalism, Coslyn's team member (Diandra) changed my view about counselling even before my initial session with Coslyn herself. Amazing location! Great service. Sabrina is insightful and very good at her job. She does one on one sessions along with couples sessions and family sessions! I feel a little more healed after everytime. They also allow for virtual sessions

Amazing councellor. I found her to have a good knowlegde of my culture and keep a very systematic approach to the genders involved by being neutral and not judgemental. She approached the issue through her experience with each person. She is does not allow matters to sway off course. I loved the way she conducted herself and would recommend her to anyone who wants an systematic approach.

We had called Coslyn for relationship issues and she contacted us on a Sunday at 830 at night which really showed us that she was absolutely committed to her craft. Coslyn is an amazing human being who will listen to you with no judgement, tell you her honest opinion about your situation, and most importantly give you the guidance you are looking for. She was an amazing professional who is dedicated to her work and will help you with any situation. I had no previous experience with counselling and you should not have any doubts contacting her whether you have or have not had counselling in the past. Absolutely the best.
C.S. Couselling has been one of the best choices I have made for myself. Initially I went to C.S. Counselling for guidance about my career choices as I was feeling 'stuck' and did not know what to do. After meeting with Coselyn, her personable style, her non judgmental attitude and open mindedness was a breath of fresh air. I was given tangible advice and was always willing to return ready to share and learn. In 2019, it was a challenging time globally, as well as personally and I was feeling extremely overwhelmed. I was so glad to know that Coselyn was there to talk to and confide in. She provided a blanket of compassion that I needed so that I can be more compassionate to myself. She also empowered me with the tools to stand in the face of adversity and meet my challenges instead of hiding from them.
