FAQ

Through C.S. Counselling Services, we aim to continue serving the Greater Toronto Area as well as Halton regions and surrounding areas for years to come.

Do you accept insurance?

Our practice is led by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Many extended health benefit plans and private insurance policies cover Registered Social Worker and psychotherapy services. We recommend reviewing your specific insurance policy or contacting your benefits provider to confirm your coverage before booking.

Do you offer an initial consultation?

Yes, we offer a free 30-minute initial consultation. This gives you an opportunity to briefly discuss your goals, ask questions about our approach, and ensure we are the right fit for your needs before scheduling a full session.

Is there a language preference available?

Yes, along with English, our practice can accommodate clients who speak Gujarati, Hindi, and Punjabi to serve our diverse community.

How do I book an appointment?

Do I need a doctor’s referral to see a counsellor?

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session is primarily an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We will review your intake forms, discuss your current goals or challenges, and determine if our approach is a good fit for your needs. It is also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.

What payment methods do you accept?
